I have already ping and none of the packets were lost...also my VOIP works....don't know and nobody really knows either

IE sucks. Try Firefox

I assume you are using broadband.

Do check your proxy server in internet options. Check your proxy settings.Certain ISP have proxy server and some of them don't. Also check your lan settings. Suggested option is to automatically detect settings.

Also try going to network connections > right click & repair connection.

Did you ping a name or an ip address? If you can ping by name (i.e. www.yahoo.com) and get a reply, then your dns is ok. Is Internet Explorer set to work in offline mode? Goto File and see if 'work offline' is checked-if it is, uncheck it.

Your network settings for internet connections might be wrong. Go to control panel and clean it up.

if you have yahoo sbc and you no ur address type on the adress bar 192.168.0.1 when the page comes up see if ur address is showing on there if not you type it in like exampole xxxx@sbcglobal.net and ur password then on follow any question then type any website it should apear this happen to me alot and they tought me this
