Well you don't state how old you are but for a male to develop breasts (and not over weight) should see a doctor to make sure there is no chemical in-balance. It is not normal for a male of normale weight to grow breasts.

I'm guessing that you are going through puberty.
My husband mentioned this during a discussion with our daughter - she wanted to know why boys don't get breasts. he said that he and several of his friends did develop briefly, sore, hard nipples and a small amount of growth but then once the hormones settled down after all that confusion they went back to having a normal guy chest.
I hope I've helped - I know it is embarrassing but you can talk to your doctor if you continue to be worried about it.

Don't lose your happiness is better you go for doctor to check you out before it get too late, is maybe cancer b,cos what i know is that a guy that have bumbs may have cancer or something else is happen to the person.
