in california people voted to legalize marijuana for medical use only. then the feds came in and said that states dont have the right to do that. that federal takes precedence over state law. they have successfully closed up pretty much all of the cannabis clubs that sold medical marijuana. my view on this is because the dea makes so much money from weed being illegal, that they cant afford even the slightest kind of legalization.
