Well, the big three for me are Rebel Yell, White Wedding, and Mony Mony (although that wasn't originally his, it was a cover).
However, two of his later songs were great as well, though they aren't as well remembered: Rock the Cradle of Love, and Shock to the System.
Don't You Forget About Me was by Simple Minds, not Billy Idol.
