How to dress?

I want to look attractive but I have such a hard time knowing what to look for. I know this is strange, but I'm naturally really shy and always have a lot easier time being more outgoing when I wear a nice outfit. I'm almost 14, tall, skinny, shorter hair(almost to shoulders), and basically NO boobs. Please, I wish I had a picture to post, but I don't so can you just make your best judments and give me some advice?

wear lose tanktops with a tight cami inside. where skirts or shorts to show off your legs... (since you're skinny). try some large necklaces (big beads...)

I would wear colors and fabrics that I like and would probably wear longer pieces of clothing as opposed to half-shirts etc because of your tallness and having no boobs. Long feminine shirts and long straight skirts. If you have a little bit of boobs, maybe some criss-cross shirts that tie at the bottom depending on how big your shoulders are; not so good on people with large/wide shoulders. If your shoulders are wide, tank tops or long sleeved shirts are probably best. An attractive neckline for no boobs or not much boobs is probably scoop neck, or something loose and blousy; best to avoid most other necklines, you probably won't like them.

Folks just wear anything these days, its best to wear clean clothes.
Iron creased clothes look really attractive on anyone.

since youre skinny, that new look with the faded jean skirts over tight black leggings should look great. pair it with a cute top and a short jacket and youre set to go!

wear a padded bra it will give you more confidence until you grow your own if you dont want to do that wear something that doesnt draw attention to your chest low rider jeans and flashy belts will do that but most important be yourself thats the only way you will be happy
