Well now that you bring it up.... yes he is. Had he been more concerned in protecting America and not his lying rear. Had he ordered the killing of OBL when he had the chance on at least 5 obsessions then 9-11 and the events it caused never would have happened. So I will pat you on the back because your the first liberal to see the truth.
