What do I do? Scary part is I might be tempted to dive into temptation and get jiggy with her, she may be an older woman but she is still pretty damn hot and would teach me alot of new things.

You know what to do, or more to the point, what NOT to do. Despite what your ego is telling you, this isn't about you. When a woman makes an advance on her daughter's man, it is an emotional attack on the daughter.
If you were a good husband, you would be offended at the advance and the betrayal of the mother to her daughter. You would speak up for your wife. Tell mother that you are shocked and that you will have no part of her proposition.
I would guess that this is not the first time mother has done such a thing.

Do it and watch your marriage go down the crapper. Families talk. Never get into a relationship with your wife's mother, sister, cousins or anyone, beause sooner or later they will talk and will rat you out and then whatcha gonna do when the wife wants a divorce from you. You will be lliving in a cardboard box and she will have the house and the car and god forbid there are kids involved have you ever heard of child support and alimony can get prettty expensive.
