It may be rosacia. You can check with a dermatologist and they can determine that for you. Or you may have had an allergic reaction to something.

break out rosasia some skin disease ive heard of thats not serious at all exema or even chigger or mosquito bites or even just a dry spot maybe at some time you scrubbed the spot too hard

lil spider marks, they are natural and will fade with age.
use aloe vera gel , it may help em. some folks think they are cute
