Does anyone know a website that will allow me to find phone numbers and/or email addresses in other countries? I am specifically looking for a relative in Canada and I would love any feedback (Vancouver to be exact). Free website is preferable, but if you can't find one then i'll look into a pay site. Thanks!

From the U.S. 011 + Country Code + City Code + Number You can find most of the country and city codes in the phone book or internet.

I believe Vancouver would be Telus as the phone company. Type in Telus phonebook Vancouver.
