my xbox keeps freezing when i play it, i think that its cuz theres dust or dirt in it. how do i fix it or clean it so that it stops freezing? thx !!! :):) im pretty sure that it the xbox, cuz new game will freeze somtimes too.

I would contact the company and ask them what to do, but this seems to be a very popular problem with xbox's. My boyfriend bought 3 of them and they all had that problem so he gave up because I wouldn't let him spend anymore! His cousins also did the same thing!
Some game stores will buy broken ones!

how long have you had your xbox? if more than 3 years and you kept it in a dusty location, then use compressed air to get the dust off

Mine does this from time to time, especially if it has sat for a while. get a CD Lens cleaner and clean the game your having problems with. fixes my issues

Just use a DVD lends cleaner and run it through a few times blow inside and it should work if that does not work it is another problem.

call on to ur nearnest xbox shop and ask for help...dont touch anything that will increase ur problem
