This depends upon what the professor has in mind. Has (s)he given you any guidelines? If none, you might ask if they have in mind something more along the lines of a Wall Street Journal article, a Harvard Business Review article, or a Journal of Management article (hard to imagine that they are looking for that from an MBA student, but you never know!).

Oh, man, I can't believe what I am reading. You are working on a Master's degree and you have no idea how to write an article? What on earth did you do in the bachelor's program?

Get to the store, and get some books on writing at the college level. Books on term papers; books on technical writing. Ask at the college book store -- if you have one nearby must wonder if you are doing this online.

I think you ain't gonna' make it, man. Maybe you should take a drop for now, and get some undergrad writing courses, then sign up again.
