Considering that pedophiles were once victims of sexual abuse as children, no. Get him the psychological help he needs to understand he cannot do this.

Only kill him if you don't mind going to jail. Pedophiles should not be allowed to wonder the earth but for some reason the law doesn't see it that way. Pedophiles are defiantly worse than illegals, because they ruin the lives of children.

Pedophiles are worse than illegals and murderers, and you might save the lives of many children if you kill him. On the other hand, he may only be on the sexual predator list because he turned 18 before his highschool girlfriend. Think about it.

No, just have all the neighborhood children play in front of his house until dark every night while you stand watch with a gun. That should torture him sufficiently. And torture is preferable to murder. As for your second question- Illegal pedophiles would be my choice.
