Thats because your emo and emo kids are depressing and wear makeup. They make Goth kids go..."what the hell is that?" Just jokin...I love ya.

I think it is hard for some people because when you say you love someone, sometimes they take you for granted because they know you love them. But I say it this way if you tell someone you love them and they love you the same way back, it is good for them to know. So if you have someone to say I love you, do it, or you might regret it someday.
I love you for putting this question on this forum. It is a wonderful question.

May have something to do with how you were raised. We didn't go around and say "I love you" in my family and we still don't verbally today. So, it is hard for me to say it except to my pets. That's my case, I know other people can't understand this because they say it all the time. I even feel when it is said all the time it loses it's impact and deeper meaning.

Because we're taught that emotion is embarrassing, so we're embarrassed. Also, there's the fear of committment, since we're taught to value our freedom so highly. There's also the chance the other person might be afraid of committment too. Finally, we're afraid of being rejected, of our love not being returned, so we'd rather live with the illusion that maybe our beloved loves us back than face the chance of being proven wrong.

Because some see expressing love a sign of weakness. It make us venerable to let others have power over us when we love them.

I DON'T FIND IT HARD AT ALL......I TELL MY WIFE THAT I LOVE HER EVERYDAY .....if you find it hard to say "i love you" to a loved one ...then deep down,,,,,,,you dont......
