I have found an apartment and need help with my deposit! I am currently residing in the Bay Area of california. Contra Costa county. If you know of any agencies out here please list all

Forget that Home Depot answer - that was just plain silly. Go to Best Buy or Circuit City.

Go to Social Services in your county. Even if you do not qualify for ongoing benefits, sometimes they will help w/ one-time expenses.
You may be surprised w/ what they have to offer.
