I hand you a knife and in the eloquent words of Dr Lecter, I say to you, "Would you mind tearing your face?"

The best thing that you can do right now is stop everything! Your skin is not happy with you. Use a very mild cleanser (Dove Sensitive skin or Cetaphil). Try some aloe vera gel or a calming moisturizer. Let your skin calm down before using any benzoyl peroxide or acne treatments, and knock the exfoliation down to once a week. If you keep putting harsh products (including masks and peels) on your face at this time, it will only get worse.
Do NOT under any circumstances use a pot scrubber on your face!
That answer is out of control.

Ouch!
Hold off on washing your skin at all for the next few days. If you must, clean your skin as gently as possible. No exfoliating, no harsh abrasives. Don't use anything with alcohol in it. Your skin isn't going to feel smooth, because you essentially rubbed your skin raw...kind of like a rug burn. Don't feel too bad, a lot of us have done it, including yours truly. ;)
Once your skin is less red, start up with your regular acne regimen, but try and stay away from exfoliants for the next 2-3 weeks. And keep away from alcohol-products entirely. They're terrible for your skin. I reccomend Proactiv, it's been doing wonders for my skin, bit it's a bit pricey.
After that, only exfoliate every week or so. Don't overdo it! You'll regret it, believe me. To smooth out your skin, I like the Neutrogena products and the Dove products.
Hope this helped! :D

Definitely stop with the scrub. You need to let your skin calm down. Cetaphil is a cleanser that is recommended by doctors as being good. Don't use alcohol because you don't want to over dry your skin which will cause more irritation. Seeing a dermatologist might be the best suggestion.

Scrubbing like that irritates, it won't make pimples go away. take a warm bath in some Aveeno stuff, it is soothing to the skin. They have lots of stuff. I like the powder packages. Or just use some dove for sensitive skin for a few days.

Moisturize sweety, just know that in a few days the acne will go away and you will have clean skin......I use a light buffer like those scotch pad scrubbers to smooth things out.

You need to moisturize very good and wash it with something easy no scrubbing involved. But i would suggest clean your face twice a day with something light and moisturize. You brought too much to the surface

you can't scrub away skin problems... although exfoliating does keep your skin clean, you need to wait for them to clear up naturally.
make sure you drink lots of water, that helps a lot.

I have a friend that swears by neosporin ointment, she says it takes a couple of days but she says it will get rid of zits. I think she also said to use it at bedtime.

simply put on a face peal, pour cleanser, or mud mask (not every night) and lightly wash(note lightly) your face each night until then use concealer and some tone evening moisturizer and the results will come in a few weeks to a month usually
