How do I know if I was molested as a child? when I was younger (5-15), I had these very vivid dreams (call them memories) in which I was molested. They seem like memories. The result was also that I feel strong emotions of violation and molestation. If it happened, I was too young to remember it (under 5.)

But think about the possiblities of who it could be.
But i dont really think so because it probably would have been a bigger effect in your life.
And you would remember it more clearly.

You probably could be, if u were under 5 then u were 2 young 2 remember u should talk 2 some of ur family members about it r go 2 a doctor and ask him. I'm not sure.

No, sounds to me like you watched too many movies about that as a child, and think that those memories are yours. Because if it did happen you would remember.Even young children know it's a violation and they remember. One way to find out for sure. Go to a hypnotherapist and get hypnotized.

You need to go talk to someone. This will probably be your only hope to get to the truth. Some people go through trauma in their lives and cant recall exactly what it was. It is also possible that nothing happened but the only way you can get some answers is to see a therapist. Lots of luck to you

If it did happen it wasn't your fault, why would you want to remember?
If these feelings are so overwelming that you can't get on with your life then seek a therapist.
We can't go back and change the past.... the only thing we can do is take control of our present.

I think you were, but you need expert help... If you cant afford it ( like many people) at least pray and pray hard.. You need to resolve this . Even if it did not happen , you have to got to figure out why you feel this way... I feel for you ,,, I wish I could help more...Good luck

If it was dreams,,,then no you were not molested. Only if someone actually messed with you when you knew about it...
