Well since I saw "Dumb and Dumber" at least ten years prior to "Along Came Polly", definitely the Jeff Daniels scene was much funnier. However, they are both terribly funny and embarrassing - like "I would die if I was ever in this situation" kind of scenes - both great!

Of the two you've listed, I'll go with Jeff Daniels in Dumb & Dumber.
The funniest bathroom scene ever, is Ben Stiller on prom night in There's Something About Mary.

Out of the two I'd have to choose the one in Dumb and Dumber but if I had the choice I'd say Ben Stiller in There's Something About Mary "We've got a bleeder!!!" lmao I love that movie

Ben Stiller in Along Came Polly is great, but my favorite one of all time is the one is There's Something about Mary, when he gets caught in his zipper, I'm a girl and it still hurt me to watch!!

The Ben Stiller scene was funnier. I didn't think that all Carey's facial contortions were funny at all. Ben Stiller looked "real."
