There's a Best Western around 21st and Spring Garden. You're very close to the city and downtown, but can still walk to City Hall, or take a very cheap cab ride. Don't bother with the airport and the other places mentioned are not within City Limits for the most part.

Probably near the airport. It's close enough to Center City, 10-15 minute cab ride.

Hey..you should look in BUCKS COUNTY..it is 35 min north of Philly straight shot on 95 also trains can take you right in.Best part..if you are in BUCKS...there is a ton of fun and historic sites,scenic beauty esp in the fall...
