Slightly look alike. Catherine Zeta-Jones is more hollywood glam girl, and Salma is more like the Hottie next door!

looking at salma hayek in desperado and Catherine-zeta Jones in mask of Zorro the lookalike only in side profile and hair, but salma hayek has a much softer and alluring look compared to Catherine-zeta Jones piercing sexy look and Cathrine-zeta Jones is taller but salma hayek has nicer breasts. check out frida

salma's eyes are a little rounder, they have the same jawline and skin tone, similar smiles... i see a few similarities but it has never just popped in my head that they look alike... *shrug*
i think salma's hotter for some reason but i couldn't tell you why.. maybe her attitude
