Do you believe in stopping someone before the crime is committed or do you believe you need to die......?

before someone does something? I could not add to this question before. You see the loaded gun and it's coming your direction. This is a metaphor for the politcal debate on war.

If someone comes at me with a gun, knife, or whatever, I am not going to wait for that thug to kill me. By then the damage is done. The same for the global political arena. It is called a " Pre-emptive
Strike". To me it is a matter of common sense, self defense and self preservation and survival.

Depends on who's in charge it seems,Dems seem to be opposed to doing anything ever until the bodies are in pieces on the ground,and I'm afraid the Conservatives of late seem too quick to act sometimes,middle ground in the world is a dead concept. We have reached a point where the question is moot because everybody is looking out for their own political gains to be made regardless of the cost.It's obvious that if you see the threat coming you should do everything possible to stop it,even though I will admit that up until recently our policy was always reactionary. What truly scares me is when the danger is seen, it needs to be taken care of,but instead there are those who are willing to threaten our very lives for political gain so instead they reject what needs to be done in favor of what's politically expedient regardless of the cost. As for me I just hope our supposed leaders manage to get their heads out of their collective asses before we end up seeing a mushroom cloud above a US city.
