All of the alcohol that we drink is made using 'nature.' That is, the alcohol that we drink is the direct result of fermentation by microorganisms that are found in nature. For example, yeast is used in production of beer. As you probably know, yeast exists in 'nature', but by capturing it, feeding it, and depriving it of oxygen, we can produce alcohol using the yeast!
