A girl I work with (24) would like to get together with my daughter (20) me (40) her sister (11) and her mom (43). What can we do, not too expensive. Her mom's kinda uptight.

Camping in your backyard. If you have a grill use it for the campfire and sing campfire songs, roast marshmallows, and make smores. And tell scary stories. And if you don't have tent just put some blankets over some rope or twine tied between two trees or poles or posts.
