The problem with teleportation is that it usually involves the orginal object being destroyed and getting remade in another place. That's fine for inanimate objects, but if a human "teleported" you would kill the person and build a copy in another place. Not really a good idea. Now if there was some way to dissassemble the particales and send them through space and then reassemble them....

It would appear to me, we as humans haven't been able to transmit anything other than video and audio through numerous spectrums from radio waves, cable, laser, etc..

The movement of 3 dimensional objects are not currently possible but would be amazing.

I seriously doubt it. Besides if anyone ever does figure it out, you can bet the oil companies would kill to keep it secret.
