You are obviously frightened by your spouse, but you do not give many details. In essence, you need take care of your physical (and children if any) welfare first. Get a restraining order and stay out of your spouses presence if you feel physically threatened. From there, your decisions will have to be aided by advice from professionals. Seek legal and psychological professionals that you trust and go from there. Eat well, exercise, be in the company of good friends and family and do not re-enter communication with the other until you feel the threat (thru his own remorse and remediation) has been removed. If not, it is in your best interest to dissolve the marriage and rebuild your life. You can do it one step at a time.

You can do all that, get a restraining order, divorce etc, but MOST IMPORTANTLY,
DON'T GO BACK TO HIM!!!!! It might be hard not to if you think you love him, but there WILL be someone out there that will treat you like a princess, and will worship the ground you walk on, so don't settle for less!

Restraining order!! Then divorce. In okla the spouse will have to pay for the restraining order against him.
