Go to your local sheet metal shop and tell them what you need.

You need 24 or 22 gauge corrugated galvanized panels - they can get them cut-to-size or cut them in their shop, or tell you how to cut them (worst choice).

Mark them for which windows and doors they go to; they'll take virtually NO storage space, and when the time comes, you can just screw them to the sills and jambs.
