Yes- when a friend of mine turned 50, I gave him a gift bag full of Geritol, Grecian Formula, enemas, adult diapers and some gel to help him keep an erection (this was before the days of Viagra!)

Wedding gift. I took a big white box, (like a hat box) and filled it with little gags like a bottle of asprin, a rolling pin, condoms, baby bottle, cork screw, AA batteries, heating pad, Visine, box of macaroni and cheese, the yellow pages and a gift card to Sears.....EVERYBODY LOVED IT....
