i need to be able to play it over and over but it will still be fun time after time.

Give everyone a plastic spoon and form a line or a circle and have everyone pass the jelly bean around on the spoon as fast as they can. No touching! Everytime the jellybean is dropped that person leaves the game until the last person is standing with the jellybean.

wel you could play drink it drink it is were you mix all kinds of substances together and you dare some one to drink it me and a few of my best friends played that or you could just go simple and do a jelly bean eating contest
