there was someone that i was in love with....he claims he loves me and wants to have children.....problem is he is dating someone else.... when i tell him i love him he goes... yes, ok... but yet he doesn't do anything to cultivate a relationship...what should i do?

Well, your too young to want children. He definitely does NOT love you if he is seeing someone else, and you are foolishly wasting your time. Look elsewhere, leave that loser alone. Even if he comes around and starts a relationship with you he is bound to cheat and/or leave you.

Dont bring childern into this world yet with this man. It seems like he has not grown up enough yet to really settle down and have kids even if he says so. Once you have kids you are going to want a loyal man who will not just help out with the kids but will be with you and only you no other women. Let him go, give him a choice either a) Drop all of these other girls, give me your whole heart and make a serious relationship with me and only me for the rest of your life...or b) have fun with these other girls but you wont be having fun with me.
Let him chose, and make sure if he does choice the first one and stay with you , make sure hes not lying, Give it a while before you jump into kids, get the trust you want. And if you believe in your heart you can trust this guy than start making comintmetns!

well lets see if you can figure this out he wants he cake and he wants to eat it too. He is not ready for love he is at the stage in his life where he just wants to have fun that may be because he was done wrong before or he has not matured yet enough to know how good love can be..

He may have some feelings for you but there's obviously something more keeping him w/ his current gf. Nobody likes to hear that (me included) but it's true. I'd let this one go for awhile. Look at it this way, at least he's not cheating on his gf w/ you. That should give you a little piece of mind that if the two of you do hook up, he'll probably be faithful.

BEHAVIOR IS THE BIGGEST "TELL". IT SHOWS YOU A PERSON'S FEELINGS, MOTIVES, AND INTENTIONS.
