I purchased it on eBay a couple of yrs. ago & planted it in my back yard in bright Texas sun, but it has never bloomed. They grow wild in direct sun in the fields here.

Maybe it takes a good 2 years to establish the root system. Some things will not bloom the first and sometimes even second year. After 2 bloom seasons you should see something...

In the spring, feed your passion flower vine with a bloomer, such as Miracle Gro 15-30-15. There is another food that will force it into bloom, such as 9-52-12. Make sure the middle number is higher than the other two.

do away with it. it is going to take over each thing. they seem to be a nightmare. Vermin, bees, etc want to conceal in them. the thank you to get it to bloom. i do no longer understand, attempt an incredible type of water and fertilizer, they like that. heavily although, kill it.
