I am 14, and I really like this girl in an ativity with me. I am in 10th grade, and I know she is in 10th as well. However, I am a year ahead, so she could be as much as 1 1/2 years older then me. She has flirted with me a lot, and I flirt back a bit. The question is: At my age, is she to old?

I don't quite know what I want from it. Just talking would be nice for now, maybe dating later. I am very selective about liking someone, I didn't just pick her out of the blue.

Im 15 years old and have dated people 14-16 years old. I think its okay for you to date someone around your age youngest 14 oldest 16. Take things slow complement her, talk, dont be a stalker ( thats a turnoff for us girls) every once in a while start up a conversation with her and if she seems interested ask her out.

What is old? The Sequoya tree and the giant turtle.
My Aunt married a man one year younger than she. If the girl is one to three years older than you she may not mine going out with you. Any more than that and she may not want to. This is not engraved in stone. You will never know if you don't ask. If the answer is no; it is not the end of the world.
A friend can be of any age.

Dude, you're a guy, you shouldn't be asking this question. If she's over 25 she's too old. Otherwise go for it. I was a year ahead too. It doesn't matter if the girls in your class are a year older than you, you have every right to flirt with them and go out with them.

If you're in the same grade, it's fine. A year and a half isn't that bad. I have some friends that are over a year younger than me, but you don't notice the difference. If you both like each other, start dating!

no hun she is not that old.
And with some years more, the difference will be reduce to who look older
But remember that ppl around can be annoying at your age ... if both are ok dont let the other have influence in your relation

Too old for what? To flirt with? No. To go to the movies and hang out with? No. If you two like each other, so be it.
