Where can I find a pair of look-a-like heels?

That's my costume.
It comes with everything but the fishnet and heels.
I found almost identical fishnet but I need a pair of heels.
One LIKE that for under 20 dollars, or something else that you think matches better.

So; just any pair of shoes that would look good with that, preferably like those and must be a maximum of 20 dollars.

The closest thing I can think of is some of those Pleaser type platforms from Zappos

They are more than $20 though and I don't think they look brilliant. I prefer the boots in the other pics which would of course be even more expensive.

I'd say with your $20 price tag you are limiting yourself to get anything commercial. It's probably best to try the thrift shops or garage sales at that low end of the market.
