I want my bud to feel a little hard. Right now is all saggy, and I dont like it.

Do you know how to do lunges? Do sets of 5, work your way up to 10. To add more challenge, hold a small set of weights in your hand while doing lunges.

Stairs - up and down, up and down.

When you stand and/or walk, clench those cheeks but not too tight, hold your whole torso tight; you will create a solid core, and whenever you walk it will be like a workout all its own. And, don't forget to swing your arms while walking - it fools your body into thinking it is doing an aerobic workout, and you will gain more benefits.

Any type ofleg excersise is good. Try running first thing in the morning, that way your body will us the fat in ur bud.

Plant them wher they will get plenty of sunlight and water them regularly. Its nice to know that someone is so concerned about their bud.

He need to join a gym and work out with weights that will get him nice and hard.
