Most make up companies make a product to fill in brows (like a brow pencil), but some also make stencils to help guide filling them in and to create shape. Senna Cosmetics, for example, has the Form-a-Brow, which contains about 3 differently sized stencils to help you create shape. I don't know where you live, but Senna's on the west coast in California. They're on line, as well, if you need to order that way.
Let your brows grow as you continue to fill them in, then get them done by a professional ONLY! Don't touch, no matter what. Good luck. I've done something similar; you've got about a month of hell, then you'll be fine.

There are products that have hairlike fibers in powder form which you can brush on. Stay away from pencils, they can look harsh.
you can speed up regrowth by applying a thin layer of Minoxidil, just be careful.

Wow. D: I feel bad for you. thats why im scared to shave my eyebrows. Hmm well you could get a hair cut and get long bangs. And use make-up to draw fake ones under the bangs.

Grow them out first, then go to a professional to get them done. In the mean time pencil them in, but make it look natural and uniform. don't make them superthin. did the same thing. grow them out adn go to a pro!
