think you need an Eon ticket/ arora ticket. I m not 100% sure. I m pretty sure it is called the eon ticket that you can get at a pokemon center in New York, think 1 is coming to Madison Square Garden. Check pokemon.com to see when the Pokemon Center is coming to New York or any other city. Other than that you will have to find an emulator online and get it online playing but not recive it on you gba.
