camisole's/Boob tube's theyre strapless and havent got that tight feeling or uncomfortable feeling.There far more better i think.They are stretchable and elastic.Or you can get those silicone breast's thing's there plastic and they stick to your boob's that is another option without wearing bra's you just chuck a shirt over it and your breast's will look bigger then the usual.

You could try to get some camisoles that have a liner or built-in support. They aren't like bras so much as reinfoced undershirts.
