Depends.

There's a good chance that you will have special drivers installed that are unique to your motherboard. If this is the case then it would be wise to uninstall these drivers before you change the motherboard, then install the new drivers for your new motherboard.

no need to re-install if you switched with the exact model of mobo. otherwise, you need to re-install just the drivers for the new mobo.

not so. but it depends to the mother board. mother board and os should compatible to each other to able to work properly.
