well it could not be just any woman, it would have to be one with better spelling and grammar than you seem to have in your command.
You are also talking about a world ruler.. not a democracy.. which puts it on rather questionable footing as well.
If it was Condi Rice I would have to join the opposition and overthrow her..
While I am all for women in power, I am not sure I could be for a pontiff of the world, or emperor of the earth.. it would have to depend on other factors as well...not just the gender of the ruler.

What scientific proof do you have that we should let men rule? Women certainly couldn't make things any worse than the way things are now.
You might want to wake up and recognize the 20th and 21st centuries.

Perhaps they should, but that is a should statement, and as such disconnected from reality. Men are overwhelmingly more violent in pursuit of such goals. They are much more inclined to take risks, on to the point of death and beyond in pursuit of the above mentioned political goals. The incremental shift to parity will not be seen in many generations lifetime and will come about by the ever refining pursuit of justice.
