They so robbed me. I went to have my hp camera fixed and they instead replaced it. They told me it would be the same model. It ended up being an older bulkier one. I went to return it and they said it wasn't their problem. So now I no longer have my original harajuku lovers camera, instead i have this old ugly sh*t i paid $147 for and I'm waiting a couple of days for hp to call me back. Should I take legal action?

I hate them, yes.
And yes, you should do something.
They stole your camera and then charged you.

Personally feel that before they "replaced" anything a curteosy call should have been placed to you to advise you of their offer of replacement....not just do it and then say "here".

I would wait on the call and tell them exactly what happened and that you were made no offer other than replacing with the original type.

It is their fault if they did not stand up to their agreement.

I would just ask for the money of the original value back and buy another one.

You should not have to wait a couple of days for them to call you back either.

Check out the web site for customer service contact or see there is a direct dial number - do not wait!

How could they give you a completely different camera? Make a written complaint to Radio Shack, and also complain to the Better Business Bureau. You can do it online. I filed a complaint with the BBB once and they cleared it right up.

You better had saved your receipt for the camera and the one given to you when you brought it in for repair. If you don't then you are surely ripped off. There's nothing you can do w'out the receipts for the purchase of the camera as proof of what it was and the receipt of the repair for what was to be done....sorry

ALWAYS KEEP ALL RECEIPTS AND PAPER WORK FOR EVERYTHING NO MATTER WHAT!

I don't like Radio Shack coz everything I ever got there was cheap and broke down right away. So I quit shopping there.
