The exact same thing happened to me during doggie-style. Turned out he was hitting my cervix. You may just want to move your butt a little lower. That helped me. Also, the longer the foreplay, the more your cervix will move more up and be much less likely to be hit. Oh yes - and don't worry. Your baby is VERY well protected by your uterus. Sex doesn't bother fetuses. In fact, when you get an orgasm they actually feel some of the euphoria and hormones that you do. Threesome lol just j/k! And congratulations on your pregnancy! I'm pregnant too!!!!

you're only 9 days pregnant so you're not hitting the baby... he/she is still microscopic at this point. if your bf is big, he may be hitting your cervix which you need to be careful of. also, make sure that you both wash carefully before and after sex to prevent any bacterial infection.
just try different positions and avoid ones that are painful. use lubricants if needed.

You're not hurting the baby, but you could cause cervical trauma, or abrasion to the vaginal canal with not enough lubrication, or too much friction. This can cause infection, which could hurt the baby if not treated. Take it easy. Tell him not to go so deep and don't do those positions if they are uncomfortable. Listen to your body.

I agree with an earlier answerer. Don't do certain positions if they hurt you. Your body is undergoing some big changes right now!
If you have pain other times as well, or this type of pain does not improve, ask your ob/gyn about it.

Certain positions cause the penis to hit your cervix. Also lack of lubrication can cause discomfort.

You aren't hurting baby, but everything gets ultrasensitive during pregnancy.
You could speak to your doctor if you are concerned about it.

When it hurts so bad, why does it feel so good?
There is a fine line between pain and ecstacy when it comes to sex.
