BUT GUESS WHAT the jerk as he is now called...just said...I DIDN'T KNOW...I said ,,'YES YOU DID BECAUSE I SPECIFICALLY TOLD YOU not to tell!!!"..should I dump him because this had cause a lot of trouble in our family!!!

Well honey that why you build extremely close bonds with a person before you go and trust them with your inner words....Like for instance...Im a grown woman...I wouldnt trust someone unless I know them....Trustworthy and consideration go together...If he is in considerate then he isnt going to ever keep things to himself that the two of you discuss,,,,But on the other hand...Things shouldn't be told behind others backs...Simply for the fact that to many things get taking out of context and the truth sometimes...Is so hard to find...So honey watch your words...For as dumping him...only you will be able to find that answer within your heart.........

everybody talks about everybody. it's human nature. It is unnatural to pretend it doesn't go on. talk to the person in question and explaining in more detail what you said, and say that what X said was taken out of context considering the conversation.
