Ok, I have to write a 2 page paper on human service challenges in any one country - just not the United States. I need to compile a profile of the country and the human services challenges the country faces.
What are some human service challenges some other countries face?
Where could I find some useful information to write my paper?
I am coming up with nothing, so far. Please help.

okay a human service challenge, how about it's hard to show people proper hygiene and dental care and expect them to maintain when there is no running water or electricity in their shack or mud hut
