Is real simple since Trish retire on Sunday winning the title from Lita and Mickey James is supposed to be Trish's biggest fan who better to start a rivarly with Lita. She slapped her because she made fun of her for losing to Trish in Trish's hometown of Toronto in her final match.

And the reason why Lita slapped her is because when she was taping their her condolence to Mr. McMahon for his azz whooping last Sunday night, Mickey popped in and made fun of Lita for loosing to Trish Stratus.
Mickey then said that she should be the Women's Champion since Trish had retired and Lita got pissed off.
