The comment from Andy cox is correct I'm afraid. You can buy stuff you add to a tank of full but at the end of the day, if yon have excessive smoke Then you have a major problem which requires more than a splash of additive.

assuming your engine is high mileage there is nothing that will help for very long. it needs rings an d a can of cure isn't going to change that. a synthetic oil might help some.

Try restore, 20w-50, and some stp oil treatment.....

sure it may slow it a little, but it ain't gonna fix it.......

there is no additive made to do what youre wanting. id say either rebuild it or buy another engine.

go to the heaviest oil you can find 50 weight,new rings would help too
