www.investopedia.com isn't bad and will have some information. There isn't a lot out there now. Also look at this one: http://www.spdrindex.com/eqsnaps/index.cfm?story=snapshot&symbol=XLV&fk=-2
BTW, some of Vanguard's indexed funds sort of mimic ETFs and the expenses on some are even lower in some cases.

MotleyFool is a good start. Also try (and don't take this personal) Investing for Dummies. Whenever I'm learning something new I find the Dummies series to be an excellent starting place. Also, you might like what they say about the MotleyFool, remember "consider your sources".
