That's a good question!

I doubt it, the big C's are always out for themselves.

Besides, let's just say for a moment that they did quit using the loopholes and started paying all their taxes. We will still be the ones paying the price because they will just raise the price of their goods and lower wages to account for the loss.

It is a myth that corporations pay taxes. If they pay more taxes, they have to raise prices or cut costs. Either one is bad for the economy. The vast majority of corporations are owned by regular
Americans that very patriotic and support the troops in many ways. Most don't go on and on about how they support the troops but hate the war. People who say that are phonies.

How about if all of the "individuals" stop cheating on their taxes?

The debt has nothing to do with the war - if it wasn't the war, we'd be paying for some other pork barrel spending program - like the Big Dig - hundreds of millions of dollars of federal money for 12 miles of road, and the darn thing is caving in and smashing cars!

If we taxed all foreign goods the way that other countries taxed our goods, we'd have all of the money in the world we would ever need, and we'd also have full employment.

Of course they're willing to support, with a government contract to provide goods and services (corporations do pay their taxes, unfortunately many individuals don't as there is a lot of unreported income such as waiter tips and even money from illegal gambling etc.)
