Graduating soon... I like a laid back atmosphere rather than the corporate environment, but now do I have to change to fit in?

yea, it sucks. i try to be mellow, but my boss is watching me all the time, and ultimately you just have to get the job done. people don't succeed in a business for 40 years by being laid back, unfortunately. but if you're successful, you can really act however you want, as long as the customer's happy. i don't know if that makes sense.

Your chosen profession requires you to be rather "corporate." We all have environments we prefer, but we all have to support ourselves. Time to be a grown-up! From here on out it's not all about you.

try a retail store with a pharmacy....alot of times you will work with store employees.
