I'm assuming that you mean bunny and not bummy, but before I get to the options, I just have to say one thing. Bubble wrap is not something to put around cords to keep a rabbit away. Not only is this bad for the cords (power cords especially do carry heat, and can overheat when wrapped in plastic...if they get hot enough, and believe me when I say that they can, it can start a fire), but your bunny could ingest some of the plastic and then you'll have all kinds of vet bills coming your way. Much better way to go is to simply use the spray on the plain cords, or hide the cords so that bunny can't get to them.
Now then, the options:
Bitter Apple--sold in a pump spray bottle in various sizes--tastes just like it's name, and smells that way until it dries (don't worry, this stuff dries super fast, and works wonderfully!)
White Vinegar--Take a regular spray bottle, put in 2-3 tablespoons of regular white vinegar, and fill the bottle the rest of the way with plain water--works the same way as bitter apple, by repelling bunny by the taste and the smell. The one downside is that unlike the Bitter Apple, the vinegar smell lingers for a while.
Water--rabbits by nature, do not like getting wet...at all. Use this to your advantage to train your bunny to just stay away from the cords all together (works much better when used along with one of the other two--that way you don't have to catch him every time). Just use a spray bottle with plain water in it and get him every time he heads for the cords. He'll quickly learn to stay away in order to avoid getting wet.

Hope it helps.

peing on your cords in unsanitary ans wrong, bunny urine contains certain scent markers unique to that one bunny, on unless you are a bunny, peing on them isnt gonna work, and neither is another bunny's pee, try to put something spicey, like pepper araound the wires, one smell of that will be like pepper spray, and he will get that the wires cause burning nose. but im not too sure about this method, its easy to clean up, but im not sure if it will damage the little bunny. works with cats

It's a well known fact that animals use pee to mark their territory. If you'll just pee on them they'll leave them alone.
