If you still had feelings for your high school sweetheart, why did you marry your husband?
You just married him for goodness sake. I hate to seem rude but why would you marry someone knowing that you loved someone else. And, why did you reunite with your high school sweetie after your marriage— why not before whereas you could have called of the engagement?
You're really going to hurt your husband but I guess it is best that you leave him rather then cheat on him or string him along believing that you love him when your feelings are elsewhere.

I don't understand why you got married to a different man when you was still in love with your high school sweet heart in the first place.
Anyway first thing you should do is think about what your life will be like without your current husband and do you love him just as much or more? Why did you and your high school sweet heart go in different directions in the first place? You also must realize people change allot after high school and you may not like the person he has become. After you have thought these things through and you feel you must have him in your life the first thing you need to do is tell him how much you love him and come clean about being married. His feelings might change once he discovers your married.
If he is fine with that and still wants you then you have to go break your husbands heart and tell him the truth and nothing short of the truth.

If you just reunited and he's proposing, isn't that a little fast? I'd get the marriage anulled because it doesn't sound like it's going to last very long. Better get out before there are kids involved.

I'm not making judgments because sometimes you just get carried away and caught up in the idea of being married and having a wedding that once you actually get married, it's not as wonderful as you thought it'd be. See a counselor and make sure you don't get pregnant.

If you were not in love with the dude you just married,
then WHY THE HELL DID YOU MARRY HIM???
Did you give up on love and decide to settle??
If so, Big mistake!
End it and look for love. In love kind of love. Not just for
the ex sweety.

obviously there are problems in our marriage if all of the sudden you "reunited". Also, not telling mr. sweety you are married is akin to lying to him. If he knew, he probably wouldn't have proposed.

of course, the grass is always greener on the other side..

Go for it so you can look back and think what a mistake you made for leaving your husband
