I agree, it's one of the best songs ever and arguably the best version is by Buckley. Therefore, in my opinion if you love it so much then you can't really begrudge forking out $0.79 for it, or whatever iTunes and its competitors charge. Respect the legend, even if he is dead :-)
Oh, and for the record, Grace is one of the best albums ever recorded, so you should order it from Amazon or whatever to experience the entire genius. I've already worn my copy out :-)

download a program called torrent harverster (google it) it will check all torrent sites for the item, then simply download using utorrent etc
