Yeah because what goes around comes around. If you do something bad then something bad will happen to you. I know that everyone that has ever wronged me got what they deserved and everyone that I have wronged, I got what I deserve. Its best to let karma take its place rather than revenge.

Yes i do believe in karma. I believe that the way a person behaves has consequences. A person can only get away with doing bad up to a point. Then karma comes into force and the bad luck follows that bad person. Be it in this life or the next karma will catch a person up eventually.

The new agers never like my answer but the truth is that karma is just a fancy word for 'conditioning'. When we believe we're a psychological self, we get conditioned. Using an extreme example, my father abuses me & this 'negative karma' (or conditioning) extends past his death because I'm then dysfunctional, live my life that way and affect others (including my kids, etc.). And, of course, the effects of good karma work out the bad karma -- e.g. i go to therapy and work on my issues, i meet someone who is emotionally healthy and their loving example positively affects me, etc. If the self is seen as illusory (via an enlightenment experience), then this is 'nirvana' -- the end of karma -- because if one's psychological self is directly experienced as a made-up construct, then both the negative and positive elements of my psyche go away as well.

I believe in karma, but didn't really know the exact concept before watching My Name Is Earl. It introduced the concept of karma to me, and I thought back and realized that many of the things I had done may have caused other things. Also, the movie Pay It Forward is an example of having something good done to you and then doing something good to other people, to pay for the thing someone did to you.

Karma goes much, much deeper then "what goes around comes around", although that is the simple explanation given. Karma is everywhere; it is the reality we create for ourselves; it is our actions, our thoughts, it is everything we do. It is in every breath, every action, every emotion, every thought.
The real damage of "bad karma" is what it creates internally and the fact that it strengthens the false sense of self that we think of as the "I".It also further seperates us from our true nature, which only leads to suffering.
Negative karma also creates attachments and keeps us in a state of mindless desire, which creates more suffering. So you are not being punished or rewarded by karma for your actions--that is only your "self", your ego, your "I", doing that. Even worse it is a never-ending cycle, so negative karma creates more and more negative karma.

Yes. I believe in the Threefold Law which is a western equivilent of karma. I've noticed that "what comes around, goes around" seems to be true. I'm not sure exactly why I believe, however, I do see evidence that it's true.

Yes. It is 100% true, not only by means of Buddhism, but also as
Newton's said in his 3rd Law. Every action has reaction with opposite diection. For example, I threw a cat forcibly and it was almost dead. Next day, at running competition, I fell down on concrete road, had bleedy injuries, and was hospitalized for few weeks. So, be good to others. Even do not offend mentally.

So "karma kar fal ki chinta mat kar "... (aache karm karna)

I am an initiated witch priestess. I believe in the three fold rule which is like a western equivalent of karma.
what ever you do to someone comes back on you threefold, good or bad.
I was not only taught this by the group who taught me magic, but I see in in everyday life time and time again.
(There are ways to circumvent it though, but that's very naughty ;) and like everything, catches up to you eventually, in this life or the next
